A longtime Chapel Hill resident and real estate broker with RE/MAX Winning Edge, Cindy's commitment is to you.  Whether you are buying a home in Southern Village or selling your home, her commitment is to excellent, detailed service. Her energy works for you every step of the way. Cindy's expertise as an accredited staging professional  is an added service that she provides to her clients who list their property. She provides invaluable local knowledge, and yes, Cindy loves sharing with you her favorite place for a cup of coffee, a deli sandwich, groceries or dry cleaning, she knows where to buy local, so please ask.  As a former teacher, Cindy's children attended the Chapel Hill Schools.  She understands the value of an excellent school system and continues her involvement with the children in our community.  As a Southern Village resident she is also actively involved in the neighborhood and community. Cindy calls Chapel Hill her "Southern Part of Heaven" and looks forward to sharing it with you.
