As a Southern Village resident since 1999, Rhonda has intimate, local knowledge of this neighborhood’s real estate market. She has the inside scoop on which homes may not be on the market, but the owners would like to sell. She understands what motivates buyers to purchase a home in Southern Village, and targets her marketing to appeal to these buyers, helping Sellers sell their homes quickly.  She has a long list of satisfied clients on both the buying and selling sides of Southern Village real estate transactions.

Eleven years of experience working with a residential builder adds an important dimension to Rhonda’s career as a real estate Broker. She has extensive experience with all phases of new home construction, as well as renovation and restoration of older homes.  This provides her clients with an invaluable resource when faced with important decisions regarding their properties, whether they are selling their home or searching for a new one.
