The So Village Holiday 5K race attracts runners from all over the state and country, raising as much as $25,000 one year for Habitat for Humanity. Cindy and Rhonda have been proud sponsors of this event since it's conception, in 2004.

Cindy and Rhonda intiated Family Fun Day on The Green in Southern Village to provide wholesome activies that familes can enjoy. Proceeds from the event have gone to Habitat for Humanity, and the Boys and Girls Club of Chapel Hill.
