Southern Village: An Overview
Although located just two miles from down town Chapel Hill, NC, Southern Village has a small-town lifestyle all its own. This unique neighborhood continues to be one of the Triangle’s top-selling neighbourhoods, and it’s no wonder.
As a New Urbanist Community in NC, Southern Village is designed for people, not cars. Sidewalks along tree-lined streets create inviting “public rooms” for walking and socializing.
